Job Title: Achieve Technical Excellence as a Systems Administrator The role of the Associate Systems Administrator involves providing technical expertise in systems administration to ensure the smooth operation of core Corporate IT Server Platforms, Network, and Applications. This position requires collaboration with various engineering teams to translate application requirements into system requirements. Key Responsibilities: - Perform routine maintenance tasks on systems and applications to ensure they remain up-to-date and secure. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement best practices and methodologies for improving service delivery and support. - Monitor incident queues, troubleshoot issues, and lead conference calls to mitigate impacts. - Develop and maintain knowledge of new technologies and software to stay ahead of emerging trends and challenges. Requirements: - 6+ months of relevant work experience in systems administration. - 2 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor's Degree or more than 2 years of work experience with an Advanced Degree. - Minimum CCNP or similar vendor certification required. - Experience with network and Windows system administration activities. - Advanced understanding of Cisco routing and switching, including BGP, OSPF, LACP, Spanning Tree. - Expert-level knowledge of switching and routing protocols, Cloud computing, and automation tools. - Knowledge of SASE solutions and working knowledge of Arista switching.
