Job Title: Executive Assistant & Project Manager Location: Remote (LATAM, Eastern Europe, or South Africa preferred) Working Hours: U.S. Business Hours Compensation: $2,000–$3,000/month (based on experience) About the Role We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive Executive Assistant with strong project management skills to support a dynamic founder managing multiple business ventures. This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment. The ideal candidate is a female professional with exceptional communication skills , a proactive mindset, and the ability to manage multiple priorities across projects and teams. You will serve as a strategic partner , helping to streamline operations, coordinate projects, and keep the founder organized, informed, and focused. Key Responsibilities Executive Support Manage complex calendars across multiple time zones Schedule meetings, coordinate travel, and organize events Draft, proofread, and manage high-level communications and documents Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion Project Management Coordinate and track progress on projects across multiple entities Manage timelines, deliverables, and follow-ups to ensure nothing falls through the cracks Assist in team coordination, task delegation, and resource planning Build project documentation and maintain status updates Operations & Administration Maintain digital filing systems and shared workspaces (Google Drive, Notion, Asana, etc.) Prepare reports, presentations, and summaries as needed Liaise with vendors, partners, and internal stakeholders Identify inefficiencies and recommend process improvements Requirements 3+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Project Manager, or in a similar role Exceptional written and spoken English, with strong grammar and proofreading skills Proven track record of managing multiple projects, deadlines, and stakeholders Highly organized with excellent time management and follow-through Tech-savvy: proficient with tools like Google Workspace, Asana/Trello, Slack, Zoom, Notion Discreet, reliable, and professional at all times Able to work full-time during U.S. business hours Preferred Qualifications Female candidates strongly preferred due to cultural and communication alignment Experience working directly with a founder or senior executive Background in remote team operations or startup environments Located in a U.S.-friendly time zone (LATAM, Eastern Europe, South Africa preferred) Why Join Us?
