Quality Engineer /On site/ Responsibilities: - Responsible for quality and process improvement in production. - Implementing standards and procedures. - Piloting the non-conformity mitigation plan. - Updating and communicating quality metrics and non-quality costs. - Using quality tools to solve issues (8D/9S, Root Cause Analyses, PFMEA, etc.). - Performing internal audits on products/processes. - Conducting, performing, and approving FAI (First Article Inspection). - Managing FOD (Foreign Objects Damage) in production. - Maintaining Non-Conformity Reports (NCR) and the quality database. - Preparing regular quality reports. - Organizing and following up on action plans for problem solving, containment, and corrective actions. - Maintaining control plans. - Participating in continuous improvement initiatives on site. Requirements: - Engineering Degree with a technical background. - At least 2 years of experience in a production environment. - Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint. - Flexibility regarding working shifts (early, day, late). - Good command of English. - Knowledge of quality management systems (ISO 9001, EN 9100). - Knowledge of problem-solving quality tools (A3, 8D, Ishikawa). - Internal auditor qualification (advantage). - FAI experience (advantage). - French language skills (advantage). - Self-disciplined, detail-oriented, and able to work with minimal supervision. - Excellent communication skills and ability to build strong relationships. - Proactive problem solver and dynamic performer. - Quick learner, proactive, team player. - Ability to work under pressure.
