Own end-to-end design for mobile and web commerce experiences, ensuring seamless user journeys. Create engaging, scalable experiences aligning customer needs with business goals. Prototype, test, and iterate designs using various fidelity levels, validating through research and usability testing. Design for scale, maintaining quality and simplicity across multiple surfaces and customer types. Use insights to inform design decisions and identify opportunities to improve the customer experience. Define and document product principles, user needs, and detailed design specifications for engineering teams. Lead design discussions with cross-functional teams, fostering alignment in an agile environment. Your experience should include... 5+ years in product design across mobile apps, mobile web, and desktop platforms. Strong end-to-end design skills, from UX strategy to high-fidelity UI and prototypes. A portfolio demonstrating UX expertise and a successful product delivery record. Excellent communication skills to present and influence design ideas confidently. Experience working with cross-functional teams including product, engineering, and end-users. Proficiency in Figma; familiarity with Sketch, Framer, InVision, Adobe Creative Suite. Experience contributing to and using design systems. Strong collaboration skills and ability to work in fast-paced, ambiguous environments. Ability to work independently to meet goals. Additional preferred skills... Experience with DIY user testing tools and conducting independent research. Design experience for e-commerce, POS, or FinTech platforms. Background in customer experience or service design industries. UX writing or microcopy experience, understanding content's role in UX. Experience creating micro-interactions and animations.
