In this role, you’ll lead the creative vision and execution for all brands within our group, bringing consistency, innovation, and strategic storytelling to every touchpoint. Location: On-site – Cartagena, Colombia Responsibilities: Define and lead the creative, visual, and media strategy across all brands within the group, ensuring alignment with business objectives and brand positioning. Build and manage a high-performing in-house creative and media team, including graphic design, branding, visual content, media planning, and audio visual production. Oversee the development and execution of integrated, multi-channel campaigns tailored to each brand’s audience. Ensure brand consistency and visual coherence across all touchpoints and communication channels, respecting each brand’s identity while aligning with group standards. Collaborate closely with marketing, product, and communications teams from each brand to understand needs and translate them into effective creative solutions. Manage creative resources, timelines, and budgets, ensuring efficient project delivery with a strong focus on impact and quality. Drive creative innovation across the group, staying ahead of trends, technologies, and new formats to enhance brand expression and audience engagement. Monitor campaign performance and the impact of visual content, leveraging insights to continuously improve creative strategies and outputs. Advise brand leads and executive leadership on creative direction, visual trends, and communication strategies that support growth and differentiation. Champion the group’s creative culture, fostering a shared visual language, design excellence, and a mindset of bold, strategic creativity. Stay ahead of industry trends, tools, and best practices, continuously evolving the creative direction and design capabilities of the team. Coordinate with external agencies, freelancers, and vendors to supplement in-house capabilities when needed. Analyze performance metrics and iterate on creative solutions to maximize brand impact and engagement. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Advertising, or related fields. Advanced English proficiency (written and spoken). 7+ years of experience in creative leadership, with a strong background in leading a media or creative agency, or managing the in-house creative function for a group of brands. Proven experience directing multidisciplinary teams and overseeing full creative cycles—from brief to execution—across branding, campaign design, and integrated media. Strong portfolio showcasing brand development, visual storytelling, and multi-channel campaigns for diverse audiences. Strategic mindset with the ability to balance creativity and business needs while managing multiple stakeholders and brand identities. Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills. Fluent in design tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, etc.) and familiar with multimedia formats and content production workflows. Ability to work in fast-paced environments and manage multiple projects at once.
