We're hiring: UX/UI Designer Work Mode: Hybrid (at least 1 day per week in office) About the Role We're seeking a talented UX/UI Designer to join our team and help create exceptional digital experiences that delight users and drive business success. Key Responsibilities Participate in the design and conceptualization of digital products, applying UX/UI expertise Create low and high-fidelity wireframes and navigable prototypes Co-create and maintain the design system across all organizational products Conduct usability testing, heuristic analysis, and benchmarking to gather metrics, data, and trends Apply UX research methodologies to improve existing services and design new ones Integrate AI tools into work processes and documentation Work closely with designers, developers, and stakeholders to create fluid and coherent user experiences Integrate feedback from all interested parties effectively Manage responsibilities and assignments independently Required Qualifications Professional degree in Graphic Design, Visual Design, Communication Design, or related fields Minimum 4 years of experience designing interfaces for digital products (web and mobile) Advanced Figma proficiency (auto layout, components, prototyping, collaborative design, library management) Experience creating, maintaining, and managing design systems Expertise in creating low and high-fidelity wireframes and navigable prototypes Experience working with agile methodologies like Scrum and management tools like Jira or Trello Heuristic evaluation Usability testing Qualitative and quantitative interviews and surveys Excellent communication, active listening, and teamwork abilities Ability to integrate AI tools into work processes and documentation Passion for continuous learning, exploring new tools, and staying current with digital design trends Nice to Have Web markup experience (HTML, JSX, CSS, React, Next.js, Tailwind) What We Offer Health insurance policy (company covers 66% of the cost) Hybrid work model for better work-life balance Ready to shape the future of digital experiences?
