Paricus Bogota, D.C., Capital District, Colombia The Sales Manager will be a driving force in expanding our customer service contact center support services by sourcing, nurturing, and securing new client accounts. This role involves developing and executing a scalable sales strategy from the ground up, with a focus on prospective clients in the services sectors. The Sales Manager will engage prospective clients through various channels, presenting tailored solutions that align with their customer engagement needs. A critical component of this role is becoming an expert in our technology solutions, understanding the full capabilities to effectively address client requirements and demonstrate the value. The Sales Manager will build strong client relationships, create compelling proposals, and oversee contract negotiations. As the key figure in shaping our sales strategy and tactics, this individual will ensure a structured sales process that drives growth and enhances our position as a leader in the BPO industry. This position requires a candidate with a blend of technical knowledge, strategic sales acumen, and cross-cultural communication skills to seamlessly interact with clients both in and outside the country. Fluency in English and Spanish, as well as experience in the BPO industry, are essential to success in this role. Responsibilities Identify, qualify, and pursue leads, especially within targeted industries such as telecommunications, retail, and general services. Design and implement a scalable sales strategy and process, including tactics for outreach, client engagement, and retention. Build relationships with potential clients, develop proposals that highlight our value proposition, and handle contract negotiations. Possess a strong aptitude for technology to be able to become an expert in the company’s technology solutions and capabilities to tailor client solutions effectively and align our offerings with prospective clients’ technical needs. Establish and refine sales workflows, ensuring that best practices are implemented to support continued growth. Engage effectively with clients both in country and abroad, including the United States, adapting communications to cultural and market-specific contexts. Qualifications Minimum of 3 years in sales, with at least 1 year in the BPO industry or a related field. Fluent in both English and Spanish, with excellent communication skills in each language. Strong technical aptitude with experience in engagement or CRM platforms, able to quickly learn new systems and explain them to clients effectively. Proven track record in creating and executing successful sales strategies, with experience in developing processes from scratch. Customer-focused ability to identify and solve client problems by proposing customized, tech-driven solutions. Preferred: Experience working with clients in telecommunications, retail, and services. Preferred: Skilled in adapting language and strategy for diverse business environments, across different markets in-country and abroad.
