Role description: We are looking for a proactive and responsible Customer Success Manager who will align and organize a cross-functional team for specific complex projects, acting as the proxy between the client team and internal production teams. Responsibilities: Be a Valued Partner to Clients: Act as a strategic partner, guiding clients through digital transformation efforts, sharing market trends and best practices, and leveraging our full product and service portfolio to achieve mutual benefits. Represent the voice of the customer to internal teams. Product and Service Expertise: Provide expert advice on Viseven’s products and services, ensuring clients understand and utilize these solutions effectively. Orchestration: Oversee initiatives across the portfolio, coordinate with internal teams for successful execution, manage onboarding and adoption, monitor implementation progress, and ensure stakeholder alignment. Measure progress and maintain customer satisfaction, challenging clients when necessary to improve outcomes. Support platform adoption and ways of working through onboarding, providing help, advice, and consultancy in the post-onboarding phase. Identify and scope new opportunities by detecting gaps and pain points, supporting the sales team during opportunity qualification. Conduct regular status reviews, measure performance against KPIs, share feedback, and address gaps. Collaborate with internal teams—including delivery, product, support, and sales—to ensure a seamless customer experience. Assist the Account team in sales processes and proposal development. Requirements: Advanced English proficiency (verbal and written) Experience in client-facing roles Experience in Customer Onboarding and Retention Strategies Data Analysis and Reporting skills Cross-functional collaboration abilities Basic Project Management knowledge Sales and Upselling techniques Customer feedback collection and analysis Understanding of Pharma market operations, including production and sales processes Knowledge of Pharma company structures, sales, and marketing workflows (Global-to-Local) Familiarity with digital trends in Pharma Fundamentals of customer engagement Broad knowledge of Viseven’s products and services In-depth understanding of specific tools (e.g., briefing/intake forms) Basic understanding of digital infrastructure platforms such as DAM (e.g., Veeva), CRM (Veeva/Salesforce, IQVIA), and Marketing Automation (SFMC, Eloqua) What we provide: We value our team members and empower them to share their vision.
