We’re looking for a Sourcer. Or as we like to call it — a Talent Sorcerer. Your magic? Finding the right people before anyone else even knows they exist. You won’t need a wand — just sourcing skills, curiosity, and the ability to charm top talent into saying “tell me more.” In this role, you’ll be the one building the pipeline, lighting the way, and keeping the recruitment spells flowing. What You’ll Do: Source & Engage: 1. Find top candidates across LinkedIn, Facebook, job boards, referrals, niche networks — wherever they’re hiding. 2. Build and maintain a pipeline for roles like RBTs, BCBAs, Clinical Directors. 3. Reach out to passive candidates with personalized, thoughtful messages that actually get replies. Partner & Collaborate: 1. Cooperate closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand what a great candidate looks like. 2. Share candidate insights and sourcing strategies that speed things up. 3. Keep communication clear, kind, and constant — with candidates and with the team. Track & Optimize: 1. Manage pipelines and track sourcing performance. 2. Keep the ATS neat, updated, and humming. 3. Stay ahead of hiring trends, salary benchmarks, and what other “sorcerers” are up to. What You Bring: 1. 1+ year experience in sourcing, recruiting, or HR 2. You know your Boolean from your Buzzwords 3. Great communicator — written, spoken, emoji-based 4. You multitask like a wizard 5. Comfortable using ATS tools and sourcing platforms Bonus Points For: 1. Experience in ABA, healthcare, or behavioral health 2. Familiarity with RBT, BCBA, and other ABA certifications 3. Background in HR, Psychology, or something people-centric Why Join Us?
