Job Description We are seeking a Senior Talent Partner–GBS & LATAM to join our global Talent Acquisition team. In this role, you will lead efforts to attract top-tier talent, working closely with hiring managers and HR partners to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies. Your Key Responsibilities - Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and qualifications. - Utilize data and market insights to advise on market realities and alternatives. - Develop and implement sourcing strategies within various channels. - Conduct thorough candidate assessments to ensure alignment with Zimmer GmbH's requirements, culture, and values. - Guide hiring managers and candidates through the interview phases, ensuring a robust assessment process. - Manage offers and negotiations to achieve successful outcomes. - Build strong relationships with candidates and support diversity initiatives. - Stay informed of industry trends and best practices to improve the recruitment process. Your Background - English Proficiency (B2+) - 6+ years of experience as a full life-cycle Talent Advisor/Partner. - Experience driving recruitment processes and outcomes as a consultative advisor. - Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and other HR software. - Portuguese is highly desirable.
