The ideal candidate is goal-oriented, proactive, focused, has good communication skills, and is keen to work in a fast-paced environment. Key responsibilities: Conduct market research. Manage documentation and update branded materials (case studies, brochures, presentations for events). Support non-technical bid processes, review bids, and maintain brand standards. Track suppliers’ portals to map leads. Assist with branding inductions for new staff. Support internal communications and event preparations. Assist in processing sales data to generate reports for the board. Ensure client care processes are fulfilled by delivery teams. Minimum qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Administration, Design, or related fields. 1-2 years of professional experience in similar roles. Experience supporting business development strategies, events, presentations, and bidding processes through supplier portals (SAP ARIBA/COUPA). Experience working in multicultural environments and engaging with stakeholders at various levels, supporting information flow via meetings and written communication. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); Power BI is a plus. Knowledge of construction projects and consultancy work is valuable. Knowledge of Adobe Suite is a plus.
