We are seeking a skilled and driven Network Engineer in Bogotá, Colombia to implement, maintain and support complex multi-vendor network environments. This role requires hands-on experience in firewalls, switching, wireless technologies and enterprise-level network troubleshooting. Key Responsibilities: - Implement and manage multi-vendor network infrastructure including firewalls, switches and wireless access points - Perform physical installation and cabling during scheduled change management windows - Troubleshoot user and endpoint connectivity issues across LAN/WAN/Wi-Fi - Collaborate with global network engineering team to execute configuration changes, software upgrades and introduce new technologies - Maintain accurate documentation including logical and physical network diagrams, cabling layouts and circuit details Requirements: - Strong proficiency in firewall configuration, LAN/WAN technologies, wireless networking and network security - In-depth experience with routing protocols, VLANs, firewall rules and wireless access infrastructure - Hands-on experience with Fortinet, Cisco and Meraki hardware - Familiarity with network monitoring tools such as SolarWinds or similar platforms - Excellent problem-solving skills and proactive approach to managing infrastructure - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in fast-paced, global environment This is an opportunity to contribute to high-performance IT infrastructure teams working with cutting-edge network technologies.
