Ready to join us? **About this opportunity** The New Customer Program Assistant will offer daily support to sales operation department, and other relevant department. The New Customer agent must be able to multitask and prepared to manage a wide variety of responsibilities that can change on a daily basis **In this role, you will** - Responsible for including, validating and track leads into SFDC - Perform customer’s segmentation from time to time - Responsible for SFDC setups related to TM’s roster, online reports - Be involved in relevant CommOps projects or trainings, as required. - Maintain a basic knowledge in orthodontic/dental concepts and topics. - Other task assigned by department supervisor. **In this role, you’ll need ** - 4 years of experience in a similar role, giving support through phone to clients or customers. **EDUCATION** - College degree in progress, Business Administration, marketing or similar. **COMMUNICATION SKILLS**- English: Intermediate - Ability to read and interpret basic documents. - Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. - Ability to communicate effectively with internal and external customers. **COMPUTER SKILL**: - Familiarity with Windows environment. - Intermediate Excel. **OTHER SKILLS AND ABILITIES**: - Results driven / Work under pressure - Keeps working to achieving a result even in front of unanticipated obstacles - Brings simple, consistent and fast actions to solve problems - Deals with different inputs, areas, information in other to reach a result - Proactive - Proactively searches for required information - Analytical ability - Ability to focus attention to detail - Actions/decisions are driven by analysis on the available information - Able to analyze a specific matter from its begging to its end - A pleasant personality with good interpersonal skill - Flexibility, Agility, team-work - Be organized and with a high sense of urgency and DISCIPLINE, following timelines proposed **Sound like a good fit?** Great!
