**Long Description**: **Principal Accountabilities** - In addition to Epson's policies and procedures, principle accountabilities include, but are not limited to_ - Maintain an appropriate presence of the brand in the assigned accounts / customers. - Create profitable deals following the Organizations policies. 3. Desing and execute sales plan strategies - Organize events, chats and conferences. - Coordinate logistics aspects with the Operations area 6. Coordinate with the General Management. - Coordinate the implementation of programs and activities with the marketing, operations, other sales areas, and service department. - Evaluate, develop and motivate the personnel in charge. - Promote the innovation and continuous improvement of his area. - Provide coaching and promote the team work in the area in charge. - Build strong business relationships with his peers and customers - Watch over for the elaborating, content and quality or the reports for monthly objectives fulfillment. - Make and manage the area budget. - Analyze the sales and inventory report, establishing action guidelines for the improvement. - Verify monthly performance indicators of the area. - Perform regular forecasting activities. - Supervise the monitoring and fulfillment of Dlls quota and by family with the assigned accounts. - Supervise development of Coop/MDF´s Plan, monitor implementation, and adjust plans according to results and business priorities. - Establish/supervise development of account´s customers demand generation activities and measure implementation and results - Manage and supervise the sales force activities. - Coordinate with product marketing and marcomm the development of presentations, training, special programs and promotions of products in channel. - Prepare and present to the General Management a weekly status of the business objectives. - Make monthly reports, including the activities plan of the next month. Other various and/or in collaboration with other areas: - Indication of sales budget and work objectives. - Trainings, integration events, personnel induction, objectives compilation, its achievement and implementation. - Activities of product lines, logistics in general, special prices, forecast, budget, events. - Support in special events for the sales channels. - Request approval of special price and conditions for sales agreement. **Minimum Experience Requirements**: - C - Requires Experience at an intermediate level (5-8 years)**Education**: - E - Completion of an undergraduate program required (B.A. or B.S.).**Travel**: - International Travel - Up to 50%- Local Travel - Up to 50%**Job Segment**:Marketing Manager, Event Planning, Product Marketing, Sales Management, Communications, Marketing, Hospitality, Sales
