The Oracle Field Service Cloud Consultant will be responsible for designing and implementing end-to-end integrations within Oracle Field Service Cloud, utilizing their in-depth knowledge of the plug-in framework and proficiency in Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC). This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, providing technical leadership, and tightly integrating Oracle Field Service Cloud with Oracle Service Cloud. Duties/Responsibilities: Design, implement, and manage end-to-end integrations in and out of Oracle Field Service Cloud. Develop and customize plug-ins to enhance functionality, including expertise in capturing time and expenses through field service. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand integration needs and design scalable solutions. Utilize Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) for efficient and reliable integration workflows. Provide technical leadership and guidance on best practices for Oracle Field Service Cloud integration. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and integrate Oracle Field Service Cloud with ERP Cloud and HCM Cloud systems. Competency: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly.
