The Regional Logistics Lead will oversee relationships with logistics service providers, guide and support a regional logistics team, and ensure full compliance with local and international regulations related to product distribution, safety, and quality. Key Responsibilities 1. Logistics Operations Management: Lead and manage regional logistics operations, including warehousing, transportation, and inventory flow from production sites to customers. 2. Relationship Management: Oversee relationships with logistics service providers, ensuring high performance in delivery times, service quality, and cost efficiency. 3. Team Development: Guide and support a regional logistics team, promoting professional growth, accountability, and high standards of performance. 4. Regulatory Compliance: Ensure full compliance with local and international regulations related to product distribution, safety, and quality. 5. Process Improvement: Identify and implement opportunities to improve processes, reduce costs, and increase efficiency using data and best practices.
