An important company in the technology sector requires a BILINGUAL professional in BUSINESS ADMINISTRATION, INDUSTRIAL ENGINEERING or similar for its work team, with 1 year of experience as a STORE MANAGER to perform the following functions: Supervise and lead the store team, which may include technicians, customer service advisors and sales staff. Plan and schedule daily store operations, including task assignment and workflow management. Ensure exceptional customer service, managing queries, complaints and resolving issues to maintain customer satisfaction. Establish and supervise sales objectives for the team, ensuring the fulfillment of goals and contributing to the growth of the after-sales area. Monitor and manage inventory levels of products and spare parts, ensuring adequate supply for daily operations. Monitor cash transactions and ensure accuracy in handling payments and returns. Manage product warranty and return processes, ensuring compliance with established policies. Organize and manage staff shifts to ensure adequate coverage during hours of operation. Provide ongoing training to staff in sales techniques, customer service, and operating procedures. Collaborate in the implementation of local marketing strategies to promote after-sales services and attract new customers. Analyze store performance data to evaluate the effectiveness of operations and propose improvements. Supervise facility maintenance, ensuring a clean and orderly environment for customers and employees. Collaborate with other departments, such as after-sales, marketing and logistics, to ensure efficient coordination of operations. Ensure the store complies with all local and corporate regulations and standards.
