We are looking for a Senior Executive People Planner (Resource Management Specialist) who will: - Strategic Resource Management: - Develop and maintain comprehensive resource allocation strategies using advanced tracking systems- Conduct strategic analysis of resource capacity and demand forecasting- Make data-driven decisions for optimal talent placement across global markets- Operational Excellence: - Execute timely updates of resource allocations in tracking systems- Manage and update HR lifecycle changes including new hires, resignations, and special leave arrangements- Process and integrate new demand requests into resource planning frameworks- Daily data update- Communication & Stakeholder Management- Prepare and distribute with the PP Manager montly executive reports using PowerBI analytics and tracking data- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align resource strategies with business objectives- Market Intelligence- Build comprehensive knowledge of regional markets, resources utilization, and specific business requirements.- Coordinate set-up calls for individual team members and the PP Manager to establish operational awareness of each person’s skillsets, career aspirations, and development needs, from an operation view.- Identify opportunities for strategic resource optimization and team development **Skills and Experience**- 2 to 3 years background in resource management, or related field (NO workforce Planning).- Bachelor’s degree.- Advanced English level (B2-C2).- Intermediate to Advanced level of Microsoft Excel skills.- Data analysis and reporting experience **Life at WPP Media & Benefits** - Our passion for shaping the next era of media includes investing in our employees to help them do their best work, and we’re just as committed to employee growth as we are to responsible media investment.
