Job Description Job Description Drive Customer Value and Supply Chain Efficiency In this role, you will optimize supply chain efficiency while driving value and enhancing service for our customers. You will leverage internal and customer data to refine plans and support joint initiatives with strategic partners. Key Responsibilities - Manage a portfolio of customers as the primary point of contact. - Resolve escalations related to complaints and disputes, ensuring maximum customer satisfaction through effective issue resolution. - Contribute to achieving business objectives by meeting customer service targets, supporting continuous improvement initiatives, and fostering collaborative relationships across functions and with customers. - Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), including conducting root-cause analysis and implementing improvement initiatives. - Utilize customer data to drive informed decision-making, maximizing service levels and sales. - Implement and manage CMI or VMI programs to optimize inventory levels and ensure product availability at customer locations. - Apply a commercial approach to identify opportunities for mutual growth, leveraging customer insights and market trends. - Collaborate with the supply chain team to ensure seamless execution of customer orders and efficient delivery of products. Requirements - Proven experience in Customer Service & Logistics with direct customer interaction. - Experience in the fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) or consumer packaged goods (CPG) industry. - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. - Proficiency in SAP and MS Office suite. Power BI desirable. - Strong customer focus with exceptional influencing and communication skills. - Demonstrated commercial acumen and understanding of customer business drivers. - Solid understanding of supply chain principles and practices. - Strong focus on delivering productivity gains, superior service, and achieving key performance indicators (KPIs). - Team player with a proactive mindset, accountability, and flexibility.
