Our objective for you is simple: Do the best work of your life. **Responsibilities**: - Manage day-to-day, as well as long-term schedules of key agency management and key client accounts. - Manage paid advertising team and ad operations teams to ensure delivery on schedule according to client expectations - Lead media planning and buying functions with support of managers and supervisors - Own the client relationship on assigned brand(s); presenting the agency’s recommendations, points-of-view, or strategy, to effectively influence the client to achieve its brand objectives. - Approach brands from a holistic marketing perspective, view all media and forms of digital marketing, communications and advertising to develop outcomes that meet client objectives. - Staff, manage, and lead assigned account team to ensure team members know and follow established agency account procedures, including but not limited to; account files, approval process and status reports, and organizational structure changes. - Liaison between cross-functional partners and the client to ensure all contracted deliverables are executed and deadlines are met, implementing and managing all necessary internal and external processes to ensure proper communication flow and manage expectations. - Identify business development opportunities, and keep strong relationships with agency influencers and client decision-makers. - Identify issues that prevent campaigns from achieving KPI’s and propose solutions - Work with new business team and strategy teams to respond to RFPs as the media expert and proactively identify ways to further engage and grow assigned accounts. - Guide and counsel leading brands within the Hylink portfolio. Develop and deliver creative ideas that meet client objectives using a wide arsenal of experiential tactics including live events, social media, emerging technology, and strategic partnerships. **Preferred Qualifications**: - 7+years experience in a digital media advertising agency - Graduate of a Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Associate’s degree program focused on Business, Communication, Marketing, Market Research fields. - Experience in integrated marketing communication business development, or an advertising communications / journalism graduate. - Certified on platforms such as, but not limited to - Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Programmatic platforms, Twitter Ads. - U.S. market experience - Experience with paid digital media platforms, experience in campaign and ad operations - A deep understanding of the industry's issues, a vision for its growth, and a commitment to advance Hylink's forward-looking strategies within the marketplace. - Excellent presentation, analytical and problem solving skills. - Demonstrated ability to lead and manage multiple projects with a broad range of internal and external constituents simultaneously. - Demonstrated ability to think strategically about complex issues and develop recommendations and action plans. - Work in a hybrid back-to-work schedule sl1x9tKnZq
