Hourly Rate: $8 Full-time Biweekly Rate (40 hours per week 80 total): $640 All roles are hourly-based and paid bi-weekly via third-party platforms. Rates are non-negotiable once offered. You'll work closely with our team to ensure a seamless recruitment process and uphold our commitment to excellence in client service. This role requires exceptional communication skills, strong attention to detail, and a passion for helping others succeed. Our ideal candidate will use analytical skills to identify problems, find solutions, have outstanding English skills, and think outside the box. Job Tasks : Job Management and Posting: Review client interview, replacement, or new process notes in our CRM, add recruitment details, and assign jobs to specialists for posting. Ensure accuracy and completeness of job postings, reviewing and updating information as needed. Oversee assigned jobs to determine additional sourcing requirements and take appropriate action. Maximize visibility and engagement in job opportunities through the different tools provided. Candidate Sourcing and Selection Process: Utilize multiple tools to source and engage with our virtual assistants to request additional information or recommend jobs to apply for based on experience. Review proposals, select candidates for interviews, and coordinate interview scheduling and preparation. Select top candidates to be delivered to our clients, following the parameters and requests defined with our Consultants, including rate negotiation and role task confirmation, as needed. Documentation and Record-Keeping: Take notes during candidate interviews, as well as draft selection notes for managers to review. Complete required KPI reporting and other administrative tasks in a timely and accurate manner. Meeting Attendance and Event Coordination: Attend and participate during meetings as required (this includes company bi-weekly meetings, role meetings, etc). Co-host and host different recruitment events and initiatives, such as Welcoming Events and Proposal Events for the Virtual Latinos community. Participate in training sessions, 1:1 meetings, and performance evaluations as part of ongoing professional development. Special Projects and Collaboration: Participate in special projects and initiatives as required, contributing to the ongoing success and growth of the recruitment team. Collaborate with team members and other departments to address inquiries, clarify information, and support overall business objectives. Qualifications: 2+ years of previous experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or related fields preferred. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with fluency in English and Spanish preferred. Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively. Proficiency with CRM systems, job boards, and virtual communication tools. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, remote environment. Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality results under tight deadlines. Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and business needs.
