The Project Coordinator is responsible for supporting the Construction & Capital Project Manager in organizing and executing capital improvement and development projects for BROADVIEW COMMUNITIES. The Project Coordinator plays a vital role in aligning projects with business goals, managing detailed work plans, coordinating teams, tracking milestones, and ensuring effective communication across stakeholders. The ideal candidate must have strong organizational and project management skills, a C1 professional level of English, and the ability to work remotely while maintaining a structured workflow. Responsibilities: Support the Construction & Capital Project Manager by coordinating development and capital improvement projects, including vendor management and facilitating vendor payments. Assist in project planning, defining requirements, developing schedules, budget estimations, and risk mitigation strategies. Manage internal and external resources, ensuring projects remain on schedule, within scope, and aligned with defined budgets. Implement and maintain project quality and performance standards throughout the lifecycle of each project. Track and update project performance databases, maintaining accurate records of milestones, progress, and financials. Develop and maintain partnerships with third-party vendors, suppliers, and external researchers. Monitor and assign resources appropriately, streamlining project efficiency to maximize deliverable outputs. Report project outcomes, risks, and potential issues to the Construction & Capital Project Manager, escalating concerns as needed. Coordinate logistics for home deliveries and site implementations, ensuring homes are placed correctly per site plans and that delivery certificates are submitted to admin and manufacturers. Conduct lot measurements and site readiness checks before new home installations, ensuring utilities and infrastructure are properly set up. Review and submit bids for lot preparation work, coordinating approvals with the Construction & Capital Project Manager. Ensure walk-through inspections are completed and submitted within 10 days of home installations. Document and follow up on important decisions and actions from project meetings. Maintain and retrieve corporate records, reports, and project documentation. Track and manage monthly expense reports for assigned projects. Complete special assignments as directed by the Construction & Capital Project Manager. Ensure compliance with safety-sensitive role requirements. Qualifications: ·Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, Construction Management, or a related field preferred. ·3+ years of experience in project coordination, construction, or capital improvement projects. ·C1 professional proficiency in English (written and verbal communication required). ·Experience working remotely with strong self-management and organizational skills. ·Ability to multi-task and manage competing deadlines in a fast-paced environment. ·Proficiency in MS Office, project management software, and reporting tools. ·Strong communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities. ·Experience coordinating vendor relationships, contracts, and procurement processes. ·Reliable high-speed internet and necessary equipment to perform job duties remotely.
