About the Role We are seeking a skilled and motivated Full Stack Developer with DevOps capabilities to help build and scale our cloud-based healthcare platform. This role is ideal for an engineer passionate about delivering secure, reliable, and user-friendly digital health solutions. You will play a critical role in designing, developing, and maintaining applications that support patient care, clinical workflows, and healthcare data analytics. Key Responsibilities 1. Full Stack Development Design, build, and maintain robust web applications using React.js (or similar frontend frameworks) and Node.js (or equivalent backend technologies). Develop secure and maintainable APIs to support integrations with medical systems and third-party health services. Collaborate closely with UI/UX designers to create accessible and intuitive interfaces for healthcare professionals and patients. Ensure software development adheres to healthcare-specific requirements such as HIPAA, GDPR, and ISO 27001 standards. 2. DevOps & Cloud Infrastructure Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions) to streamline code deployment and ensure traceability. Manage AWS infrastructure with a focus on security, availability, and compliance (EC2, RDS, Lambda, S3, CloudWatch, IAM, etc.). Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration using Terraform and shell scripting. Implement monitoring, logging, and alerting systems to proactively detect issues affecting healthcare operations or patient data access. 3. Collaboration & Delivery Work closely with clinicians, product managers, and fellow engineers to deliver high-impact features. Participate in code reviews, architectural discussions, and incident response when needed. Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence, with a strong focus on patient safety and data integrity. Key Requirements 4+ years of experience in full stack development, ideally in regulated or data-sensitive environments. Proficient in JavaScript/TypeScript, React.js, and Node.js with experience building RESTful APIs. Demonstrated experience with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and infrastructure-as-code (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Terraform). Strong understanding of Linux environments and shell scripting. Hands-on experience with AWS cloud services, including secure configurations and IAM policies. Familiarity with healthcare data standards and regulations (e.g., HL7, FHIR, HIPAA, GDPR, ISO 27001) is highly desirable. Experience with containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes) is a plus. Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
