DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES The duties and responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to: Maintain Operational Excellence: Understand processes, documentation, and terminology involved in international shipping from purchase order issuance to cargo delivery. Respond to customer requests using basic industry knowledge. Coordinate shipment tasks to meet SOP requirements. Ensure high data integrity regarding shipment details, INCOterms, routing, dates, and documents. Learn and understand pricing; complete low to medium complexity customer quotes. Facilitate Relationships: Communicate clearly and effectively with Customers, CHR offices, Agents, and Vendors. Promote positive team relationships. Leverage CHR’s network of departments, support teams, and leadership. Other Activities: Ensure adherence to customer SOPs. Perform other duties as assigned based on team and country-specific needs.
