Responsibilities - Expertise in Chief Architect software, with a proven track record of drafting architectural designs. - Strong understanding of architectural principles, U.S building codes, and construction methods. - Experience creating detailed and accurate architectural drawings and Permit plans. - Proficiency doing 3D rendering for interiors and exteriors. - Ability to work independently and remotely. - English fluency - Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate with clients remotely. - Detail-oriented, organized, and able to meet project deadlines. - Candidates must have a stable internet connection and be available for full-time positions.
