Visual Director Our team is seeking a skilled Visual Director to lead the creative vision of our projects and drive the visual identity of our work. Key Responsibilities: - Define and execute the visual direction of projects, ensuring brand consistency and high-quality output. - Develop creative concepts from ideation to execution, including branding, marketing campaigns, and digital experiences. - Lead and mentor a team of designers, providing constructive feedback and fostering a culture of creativity and collaboration. - Present creative concepts to stakeholders and clients, effectively communicating the vision and strategy. - Review and approve designs, ensuring they meet brand guidelines and project goals. Requirements: - Proven experience in a leadership or senior design role, preferably in a fast-paced agency or startup environment. - A strong portfolio showcasing branding, marketing campaigns, and digital projects. - Proficiency with design software and technologies (Figma, InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, etc). - A keen eye for aesthetics and detail. - Effective communication and leadership skills, guiding and motivating a creative team. - Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
