Job Summary: The Chargeback Analystposition provides support to the organization by using the abilityto analyze distributor data, investigate the root cause ofchargeback differences, determine appropriate resolutions for alldiscrepancies and disputes, while processing and verifyingtransactions related to all aspects of contract administration.This role will liaison internally and externally to maximize thefinancial benefit to Convatec, relating to adjudication ofchargeback rebate claims Key Duties and Responsibilities -Collaborate with assigned distributors to communicate Convatec'sclaim discrepancy responses, minimize financial deductions, anddrive dispute resolution in an accurate and timely manner. -Collaborate with all relevant departments to plan, prioritize, andreview any chargeback, membership, contracting and rebate issue,strategy, or project. - Analyze contract requirements for customereligibility to determine appropriate actions to be taken withininternal systems to align customers to the correct contractpricing. - Update management on the status of claims discrepanciesand assist in the development of appropriate action plans for eachassigned distributor. - Support the identification andimplementation of improvements to minimize future discrepancies andimprove ongoing distributor communications and datasynchronization. - Negotiate with distributors to determineappropriate settlements for outstanding balances. - Assist withcustomer eligibility requests. - Actively participate as a teammember in a variety of work settings - Ad-hoc projects Requirements- Associate Degree or Bachelor Degree in Mathematics, Statistics,Finance, Business, or related field. - Minimun 1 year of experiencein Customer Service, Sales Analytics, Chargebacks, MembershipSupport or Contract Administration. - Desirable: Experience withinthe medical device or pharmaceutical industries - Advanced Englishproficiency is Mandatory. - Microsoft Office ( Specifically Excel)is required. #LI-SR1 #LI-OnSite Beware of scams online or fromindividuals claiming to represent Convatec A formal recruitmentprocess is required for all our opportunities prior to any offer ofemployment.
