Job Title Director, Product Management This person will be responsible to managing the consumer products (Credit, Debit and Prepaid) value proposition and strategy for LAC region, including but not limited to identifying the customer need and the larger business objectives that a product or feature will fulfill, articulates what success looks like for a product and tracking the performance. The Regional product director will also be responsible for gathering and sharing best practices, building and maintaining Consumer product (Credit, Debit and Prepaid) collaterals, digital content and sales presentations, developing consumer credit training modules and supporting other Consumer product team members in the region on specific projects as well as centralized marketing/product management initiatives. Major Accountabilities: - Management of the Consumer product line strategy across Credit, Debit and Prepaid, from identifying the right segment, the positioning, value proposition and pricing to ensuring that the product is competitive and delivering the results that it is intended to - Leverage market knowledge, creative and marketing skills to identify ways to differentiate, innovate, communicate, and create competitive advantage for consumers products for customer facing sales materials and packaging of solutions, in coordination with cross-functional teams like marketing, customer delivery and expert sales. - Monitor marketplace developments and events impacting the consumer products landscape and gather competitive industry information on business processes, products and services. - Identify and assess business/technological market trends, developments, opportunities, and customers’ needs. - Build and manage monthly/quarterly consumer products dashboard to support business analytics and product strategy. - Support ad hoc analysis / requests and presentations from senior management. - Support other Consumer Product Team members with strategic business initiatives. - Support Expert Sales training efforts related to the consumer product. Experience/Education: - Extensive experience in product management, preferably in financial services. - Must have strong analytical and project management skills. - Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills. **Education**: - Bachelor's degree mandatory. - Ability to drive for results and work independently in a self-directed manner while operating in a team environment. - Expertise and comfort level working across Latin America markets. - Bi-lingual proficiency required (English and Spanish), Portuguese is a plus.
