As a **Pricing & Procurement Analyst,** you will be managing various aspects of pricing for quotations, RFQs (Request for Quotations), and bids/tenders related to international ocean and air accounts within your assigned tradelane, customer, and/or Sales grouping. **Some of your responsibilities are but are not limited to**: - Field daily quote requests from customers who are interested in growing or working with the company. - Analyze costs from multiple agents to ensure that the quotation provided to the customer is the most competitive, and determine the best service options for their request. - Organize, delegate, and manage quotes assigned in the CargoWise dashboard, ensuring that all inquiries are received, confirmed, and actioned within agreed timelines. - Obtain and manage regularly updated origin costs for Ocean and Air services to be used for quoting or bidding requests. - Compare costs for certain lanes and requests against carrier rates by utilizing their online spot platforms. - Act as an extension of the Sales team and Customer Success department to ensure that quote requests are complete and understandable, achieving the best possible rate/service combination. - Analyze, prepare, and complete all bid requests. Desirable studies in International Business, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or Logistics related. Additional studies are also considered. - **Experience**: A **minimum of 2 years of experience in international logistics/3PL** is required. Preferred experience includes **pricing, quoting, bid handling and freight forwarding**. Proficiency in using technology as an integral part of the quoting process and bid management is essential. - **Language**: Advanced English skills.
