Job Description Job Summary Job Responsibilities - Leads workgroups for Managed Services Provider (MSP) account implementation and ensures standard processes are communicated in a methodical and professional manner. - Delivers training to Sales division in order to elevate awareness and implementation of clinical and quality policies and procedures; tailoring content and delivery method to specific situations to ensure the highest retention. - Presents reasons for specific improvements in client processes in order to improve service delivery, generate cost efficiencies, and mitigate risk in alignment with business objectives. - Coordinates with Sales division to handle client and clinician situations in an effective manner. - Demonstrates ability to handle sophisticated issues while maintaining a flexible, positive, and collaborative demeanor. - Shares standard processes and follows standardized procedures. - Demonstrates adaptability to meet periodic changes in departmental needs and promotes direct, honest, open, and timely communication. - Provides primary clinical support to all assigned clients, including Associate Vendors, by engaging with facility key contacts to address clinical processes and concerns. - Responds urgently to customer concerns that jeopardize assignment completion by coordinating with internal sales, operations leaders, and partners to make timely and informed decisions. - Designs and implements action plans to prevent cancellations and optimize quality performance. - Demonstrates knowledge of internal AMN policies as well as those relevant to facility, state, federal, and accreditation standards. - Troubleshoots assignment issues and investigates situations collecting all relevant information with clinicians, clients, and internal departments to resolve the problem in a cooperative and collaborative framework. - Provides oversight to the performance evaluation process to promote the quality of clinicians and recognizes clinicians for outstanding performance. - Education - Bachelor's Degree | Nursing | Required - Minimum Work Experience - Work experience as a RN (Travel Nurse preferred) - 2+ years Direct supervisory and/or performance management experience. - Staffing experience. - AMN Ignite, Key Talent, and/or LEAD program completion preferred. - Key Skills - Leadership ability. - Effective communication skills. - Detail oriented. - Our Core Values - Respect Passion Continuous Improvement Trust Customer Focus Innovation AMN’s Commitment to Diversity, Equality and Inclusion - At AMN, our diversity, equality, and inclusion philosophy is grounded in the belief that we should respect all voices, seek diverse perspectives, and succeed when we act together as a positive force for all of humanity. Pay Rate $100,000 - $119,000 Salary Final pay rate is dependent on experience, training, education, and location.
