Develop and execute project plans for the testing and repair of telecom equipment in our labs as well as other managed services. Coordinate and manage project resources, including technicians, engineers, and support staff. Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget, meeting quality standards. Client Communication : Support the Product Management Team as a technical guide in client proposal meetings Quality Control: Implement and enforce quality control processes to guarantee the accuracy and reliability of equipment testing and repair. Use Project Management Tools like Monday.com to track and manage your Project Work closely with the Senior Project Manager and Product Management to incorporate feedback into continuous improvement initiatives. Resource Management: Allocate resources efficiently, considering workload, skills, and project requirements. Identify and address any resource constraints or bottlenecks. Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies. Proactively address issues to prevent delays or disruptions in project timelines. Documentation: Maintain detailed project documentation, including project plans, progress reports, and client communications. Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards. Performance Metrics: Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to service delivery projects. Ensure adherence to service level agreements (SLAs) and quality standards. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with product managers and other stakeholders to ensure alignment between project goals and overall business objectives. Facilitate communication and collaboration between service delivery and product management functions. The ideal candidate will possess: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Project Management, Telecommunications, Engineering, etc.). Proven experience in project management, preferably in telecom equipment testing and repair. Experience working with Project Management Tools like Monday.com Proven experience in creating and setting up Project boards and Trackers Strong leadership and interpersonal skills. Excellent communication and negotiation abilities - English, Portugal and Spanish is a requirement Familiarity with telecom industry standards and equipment.
