Job Title: Senior Project Manager, Marketing The Opportunity: Stryker Corporation seeks a dedicated and experienced Senior Project Manager for the Marketing organization to lead and oversee the execution and optimization of marketing programs. Key Responsibilities: 1. Execute and manage end-to-end marketing programs that align with the company's strategic goals and brand identity. 2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution and alignment of visual design and messaging. 3. Plan and coordinate campaign timelines and deliverables to meet campaign objectives and deadlines. 4. Identify and escalate concerns related to scope, timing, or budget as needed. 5. Serve as a liaison between stakeholders and team members, ensuring smooth and timely communication. 6. Organize, attend, and facilitate marketing project kickoffs. 7. Establish and drive efficient project management processes. 8. Support and maintain brand guidelines and messaging framework. 9. Leverage data-driven insights to optimize future initiatives. Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. 2. 5-8 years proven experience in marketing project management, focusing on campaign development, visual design, and messaging alignment. 3. Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills. 4. In-depth knowledge of project management tools and methodologies. 5. Fluency in written and spoken English at CEF B2 level or above. Preferred Qualifications: 1. Master's degree. 2. Project management certification. 3.
