This is a client-facing role ideal for someone with at least 3 years of experience managing Walmart Marketplace accounts. You’ll be responsible for optimizing product listings, maintaining account health, executing promotional strategies, and ensuring compliance, particularly with Canadian labeling and regulatory requirements . Key Responsibilities: Manage end-to-end operations for multiple client accounts on Walmart Seller Center (U.S. and Canada). Create and optimize product listings, including titles, bullet points, descriptions, imagery, attributes, and categorization. Monitor performance metrics using tools like Walmart Analytics , Helium 10 , Jungle Scout , SmartScout , and DataHawk (if applicable to Walmart). Launch and manage advertising campaigns using Walmart Connect / Walmart Sponsored Ads platform . Ensure compliance with Canadian regulations, including bilingual (English/French) content , Health Canada product classifications , and Canada Consumer Product Safety Act (CCPSA) . Use platforms such as GS1 Canada , Syndigo , or 1WorldSync for content syndication and labeling compliance. Analyze Buy Box performance, fulfillment rates, order defect rates, pricing, and competitive positioning. Coordinate with clients to review reports, KPIs, and strategic growth recommendations. Stay informed on policy updates, algorithm changes, and best practices from Walmart Seller Help. Required Qualifications: 3+ years of hands-on experience managing Walmart Seller Center accounts (U.S. & ideally Canada). Familiarity with Walmart Fulfillment Services (WFS) and 3P/1P models. Proven expertise in listing optimization, keyword research, and content syndication tools. Experience running paid campaigns on Walmart Connect / Sponsored Products platform . Understanding of inventory management systems (e.g., ChannelAdvisor , SkuVault , Zentail , or Sellbrite ). Knowledge of Canadian compliance including French bilingual packaging requirements , Health Canada labeling rules , and product classification portals like WERC. Agency experience or managing multiple accounts concurrently is a strong plus. Preferred Traits: Understanding of inventory management systems (e.g., ChannelAdvisor , SkuVault , Zentail , or Sellbrite ).
