Overview Role In this position, you will: - Support the Global Digital Marketing team in removing roadblocks and constraints related to onboarding incremental business partners and service providers. - Responsible for end-to-end coordination of key internal approvers within the Third-Party Risk Management process, executing a timely delivery between Risk Management, Marketing, Technology, and Legal team, among others. - Identify specific triggers in the approval process to plan the correct course of action during the scoping phase of projects. - Provides organizational leadership by guiding the vendor through the onboarding process across business disciplines like legal, finance, sourcing, product, and marketing. - Work closely with Regional and Global B2B Marketing Teams, MC Technology, and Technical Support to manage requirements for Mastercard Marketing Center. - Manage the scoping and development efforts of all new functionality, fixes, and enhancements as well as provide support as needed. - Monitor, coach and develop own team of employees and coach, guide, and determine staffing needs to ensure best results. - Own the objective setting, development planning, and performance appraisal process for own team of employees. All About You - Have program management experience, working on large-scale, cross-functional initiatives. - Have people leadership experience and a history of managing team(s) of individual project managers and operations professionals. - Be well versed with challenges in managing a global team. - Be comfortable in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities and deadlines. - Have a strong commitment to quality control with focus on data integrity and compliance. - Possess excellent communication (written, oral and presentation) and interpersonal skills. - Possess a strong problem-solving ability, attention to detail, and a well-defined work ethic. - Possess a sense of urgency and a customer service focus. - Have knowledge in Microsoft software such as Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
