The successful candidate will also contribute to the firm's intellectual capital, lead team meetings, and mentor junior consultants. They will be responsible for planning, organizing, and structuring their own work and that of junior project delivery consultants. Required Skills and Qualifications - Undergraduate degree in a relevant field, preferably with experience in business intelligence and/or descriptive, predictive, or prescriptive analytics projects. - Experience managing clients or internal stakeholders, analyzing large datasets, and synthesizing key findings to provide recommendations. - Strong data and analytics skills, including proficiency in data analytics software such as Python, R, SQL, and SAS. - Advanced Word, Excel, and PowerPoint skills, with the ability to perform multiple tasks in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively in English and other languages as required.
