We are looking for a Project Coordinator to join our Keyrus International team. As a Project Coordinator at Keyrus, you will support M&A; (Mergers & Acquisitions) integration processes for international clients. You will work alongside a team of highly skilled professionals—not only with top technical expertise but also with outstanding human qualities. Your responsibilities will include: meeting management, presentation creation, key deliverable execution, project governance, key decision facilitation, and project documentation. Do you have what we are looking for? We are excited to meet you if you have an Associate Degree required. Bachelor's degree preferred in HR or related discipline. 3+ years of Project Coordination or Management experience. Proficiency in Google Suites. Experience w/ project management tools (Smartsheet) and related project management processes. Familiarity with referential material creation (job aids, FAQs, videos, webinars, etc.). B2 or C1 level of English. Excellent written, communication, listening and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills. Effective meeting facilitation. Ability to learn quickly including tools and concepts. Works well as a team member and as a positive influence to others. Flexible to execute multiple different roles based on the need of the activity. Ability to read communication styles of team members and contractors who come from a broad spectrum of disciplines. Ability to work with key stakeholders in cross-functional groups to ensure tasks are completed on time by setting up meetings, mobilizing resources, etc. Persuasive, encouraging, and motivating. Proven analytical and creative problem-solving abilities. Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a results driven environment. What will make you stand out even more?
