Whats unique about this job (What you’ll do) We areseeking an IT Process Analyst (RPA) to join our Data & ProcessAutomation team. In this role, you will be responsible foroptimizing business processes, documenting requirements, andidentifying automation opportunities to drive operationalefficiency. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams tostreamline and automate key processes, ensuring that PriceSmartcontinues to deliver exceptional member experiences. Responsibilities: 1. Analyze, document, and optimize businessprocesses to enhance operational performance. 2. Develop detaileddocumentation, including flow charts, process maps, and userstories. 3. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirementsand translate them into technical specifications. 4. Design andimplement automation solutions using RPA tools (e.g., UiPath,Automation Anywhere). 5. Conduct data analysis to identify painpoints, inefficiencies, and automation opportunities. 6. Create andmaintain process documentation to ensure clear communication andalignment. 7. Support cross-functional teams in deployingautomation initiatives and process improvements. 8. Providetraining and support to ensure successful adoption of new processenhancements. Qualifications & Experience 1. Bachelor’s degreein Business Administration, Information Systems, IndustrialEngineering, or related field. 2. 3+ years of experience in processanalysis, business analysis, or process automation. 3. Hands-onexperience with RPA tools such as UiPath, Blue Prism, or AutomationAnywhere. 4. Proficiency in creating process maps, flow charts, andtechnical documentation using tools like Visio or Lucidchart. 5. Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate businessneeds into technical solutions. 6. Excellent communication skills,with the ability to engage both technical and non-technicalstakeholders. 7. Bilingual (English/Spanish).
