PositionOverview: We are looking for an Oracle Product Owner to drivestandards and governance across all the Oracle HCM systemsglobally, leading the maintenance and development for all theproducts/systems/areas. This role will set strategy/architecturedirection, IT roadmaps, technical standards, and be a visiblebusiness partner, focusing on delivery customer-centric solutions. This role will need to be in the detail, and often act as abusiness leader, owning data governance, process flows, customerexperience, etc. This role requires a strategic thinker with theability to drive innovation and efficiency across theorganization's HR Applications. This role requires a deepunderstanding of HCM processes, strong leadership skills, and theability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams KeyResponsibilities: - Lead the development and implementation ofOracle HCM solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectivesand stakeholder requirements. - Collaborate with business partnersto gather and prioritize requirements, translating them intodetailed product specifications. - Work closely with developmentteams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of HCM featuresand enhancements. - Conduct regular reviews and updates of theproduct roadmap, ensuring it reflects the evolving needs of thebusiness. - Provide hands-on guidance on business requirementsdevelopment, system design, and delivery. - Drive innovation andcontinuous improvement in HCM processes and solutions. - Act as asubject matter expert for Oracle HCM, providing support andguidance to internal teams and stakeholders. - Ensure compliancewith relevant regulations and industry standards. Experienceneeded: - Bachelor degree in Engineering or relevant technicalfield preferred, otherwise relevant field experience required. - Aminimum of 7+ years of relevant experience including experienceworking in industry. - 5+ years of experience as a IT leader withtechno-functional hands-on experience with back-office IT SaaSplatforms like Oracle ERP. - 7+ years of product ownership orequivalent management experience. - Prior experience in managingthe end-to-end business process and workflow related to variousaspects of all areas Workforce Management including payroll, timeand labor management, human resources, benefits administration. -Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, includingthe ability to bridge functional and technical resources bycommunicating effectively with individuals of varying systemsexpertise and business needs. - Strong financial systems expertise. Familiarity Oracle Fusion is a requirement. - Experience within theMSP (Managed Service Provider) industry an asset. - Proven abilityto improve governance, standards, security posture. - Provenability to design and implement new processes and facilitate useradoption. - Strong understanding of the platform, with the abilityto build custom apps and objects, formula fields, workflows, customviews, and other content of high complexity. - Conduct regularstakeholder meetings to provide updates on product progress, gatherfeedback, and ensure alignment with business goals. - A documentedhistory of successfully driving projects to completion. - Ademonstrated ability to understand and articulate complexrequirements. - Knowledge of Salesforce a plus. #J-18808-Ljbffr IT
