You will also lead the demand review process and drive interactions with the cross-functional teams. How you will contribute You will: Lead the demand management agenda for the category, being the key interface between commercial (sales revenue planning) and supply (replenishment) to identify and evaluate the impact of potential availability issues/commercial changes including gap assessment and risk and opportunity discussions. Partner with the modelling team for the generation of statistical forecasting. Manage, coach and develop a team. Review standard consumption versus forecast at the customer and total product levels, liaising with replenishment and sales revenue planning to manage potential availability issues and the impact of under consumption. Drive strong linkages with the commercial, customer collaboration, modelling, order fulfilment teams, and supply planning including innovation and equity. Drive continuous capability building in the demand planning team for planning improvement. What you need to know about this role: As Demand Planning Manager for the North Cluster, you will lead the entire demand planning cycle, ensuring seamless monthly execution. This position requires overseeing the integrated business planning (IBP) processes, driving cross-functional alignment, and leading negotiation sessions in a multicultural and multi-market regional team. You will closely collaborate with stakeholders from Finance, Commercial, Trade Marketing, and Supply Planning to enhance collaboration and align demand forecasts with business objectives. Success in this role requires a deep understanding of business dynamics and the ability to challenge existing processes to deliver continuous improvements. Specific requirements: Over 10 years in demand planning roles in multinational organizations, ideally in the fast-moving consumer goods sector. Proven experience leading demand planning and IBP processes in multi-category environments. Extensive experience managing regional teams across diverse markets. Experience in demand forecasting, scenario planning, and stakeholder management. Proven ability to lead negotiation sessions with cross-functional leaders. High proficiency in demand planning tools and software. Experience managing and influencing teams remotely and across multiple markets. Ability to act as a change agent, challenging existing norms while fostering alignment and collaboration. Work Schedule: Hybrid No Relocation support available.
