Job Description We are seeking an exceptional Precision Marketing Strategist to join our team. As a key member of our marketing organization, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing precision marketing strategies that drive business growth and customer engagement. Your primary responsibility will be to orchestrate precision marketing activities from ideation to execution, ensuring seamless collaboration with cross-functional teams, category directors, and external partners. Key accountabilities include: - Leading ideation sessions to design campaigns that address core business challenges and strategic questions - Ensuring agencies adhere to brand safety guidelines and digital execution best practices - Reviewing and approving media plans to guarantee PM principles are applied, KPIs align with funnel stages, audiences are clearly defined, and channel strategy is respected - Leading in-flight optimization meetings to actively monitor KPIs and recommend fixes/adaptations - Engaging and coaching category, precision influencer, e-commerce teams, and external agencies on PM principles and framework compliance for digital campaigns Main Responsibilities You will be responsible for defining and monitoring measurement approaches, ensuring data sources for campaign success monitoring are in place, addressing categories' business challenges, and strategic questions. Additionally, you will ensure processes and governance are in place to monitor campaign performance and engage marketing, media, precision influencer, and e-commerce teams when necessary. Key Deliverables Your deliverables will include: - Defining the measurement approach and establishing data sources for campaign success monitoring - Ensuring proper media KPI framework implementation throughout the consumer journey, including precision influence amplification and full-funnel e-commerce integration Requirements To succeed in this role, you will need: - 3-4 years of experience in digital marketing positions, with a proven track record of accomplishment in digital performance and leading performance marketing campaigns (Brand Manager level) - Desirable: Brand/category marketing and project management background - Ability to effectively translate marketing objectives into digital execution - Comprehensive knowledge of digital campaigns execution and planning - Knowledge of advertising tech: GMP, DSP, DMP, etc. - Excellent interpersonal skills and communication skills - Agile ways of working - Results-oriented - Ability to adapt in a complex and fast-changing environment - Fluent English ],
