This hybrid position requires working on-site three days per week at the client's manufacturing site . In this role, you’ll lead end-to-end recruitment efforts, primarily focused on manufacturing and commercial roles . Key Responsibilities: Partner with hiring managers to define hiring requirements across manufacturing and commercial teams. Manage the full recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management. Leverage sourcing strategies to identify and engage top talent in Argentina. Provide market insights and data-driven recommendations to stakeholders. Build strong talent pipelines for ongoing and future hiring needs. Ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience aligned with the client’s values and culture. What We’re Looking For: Proven experience in recruiting within Columbia , ideally across manufacturing and commercial roles . Solid understanding of local hiring practices, labour laws, and market conditions. Experience supporting a manufacturing site or high-volume recruitment environment is highly preferred. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, client-driven setting. Fluency in Spanish and English is required.
