Are you ready to Advance Beyond Ambition? **Responsibilities**: - Manage all aspects of the employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and offboarding. - Lead the onboarding process, ensuring new hires have a smooth and positive integration into the agency. - Manage employee relations, providing guidance and support to resolve issues and maintain a positive work environment. - Develop and implement professional development programs to enhance employees’ skills and career growth. - Administer compensation and benefits programs, ensuring they are competitive and aligned with industry standards. - Maintain compliance with labor laws and regulations, staying current on changes and best practices. - Partner with leadership to develop and implement diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives. - Oversee employee engagement activities to promote a vibrant and collaborative agency culture. - Lead HR projects, such as policy updates, performance improvement plans, and organizational changes. - Provide coaching and guidance to managers on HR-related matters. - Prepare and analyze HR reports to identify trends and provide insights for continuous improvement. - Experience with globally distributed workforces and the culture and complications working with contractors, full-time, remote, hybrid. - Manage and/or collaborate with a team of globally distributed People Operations teams / team members to execute the strategy across multiple localities - Willingness to travel up to 10% of the time for work - Have experience interfacing with in-house and external recruitment and talent partners, and measure performance. - Extensive capturing requirements from Hiring Managers on hiring needs and forecast the hiring pipeline. - Develop productivity reports in a globally distributed workforce to monitor staff productivity and output. **Qualifications**: - Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus. - Years of experience in HR roles, with at least 3 years in a managerial capacity. - Strong knowledge of HR principles, employment US laws, and best practices. - Proven experience in recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and performance management. - Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills. - Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and discretion. - Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. - Demonstrated commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives. - Proficiency in HR software and systems. **Recruitment Process**: TXsrG54Ebs
