**About the role** As a **Sr. Infra Developer**, you will make an impact by developing and maintaining infrastructure solutions using ServiceNow Integration, ITSM, and CSM to enhance service delivery and operational efficiency. You will be a valued member of the **Infrastructure Development** team and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and end-users to support and improve ServiceNow capabilities. **In this role, you will**: - Develop and maintain infrastructure solutions using ServiceNow Integration, ITSM, and CSM. - Ensure seamless integration of ServiceNow modules to optimize service delivery. - Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to ServiceNow configurations and performance. - Collaborate with teams to gather requirements and design scalable infrastructure solutions. - Create and maintain documentation for infrastructure designs, configurations, and procedures. **Work model: Remote** We strive to provide flexibility wherever possible.
