Johnson & Johnson Global Services Finance provides A2R services and financial support for Johnson & Johnson companies across the globe. This role will be fully responsible and accountable for the overall leadership, strategy and direction of Account to Report activities for the Cluster Finance Managers (CFM) in LATAM and the organisation in Brazil. This role will establish a team with a global approach, create a positive culture and drive standardization and simplification of processes. There are 2 main aspects to the role: **CFM Director (LATAM)** The role provides leadership to a team of approximately 14 direct and indirect reports. The CFM teams are primarily based in Bogota but will need to directly collaborate with Process Leads in the Regional and Global Hubs, plus the Regional Business Unit Finance teams. The CFM team are the face of GS and the Accounting lead for the US GAAP Actual reporting so the Director position will have a crucial role to play in the overall Business performance of the Region. **A2R Director (Brazil)** **Key Responsibilities**: Responsible for the vision, strategy and performance of the LATAM CFM team and A2R function in Brazil. - Attract, develop and retain a highly competent, hard-working, motivated and diverse Credo-based team, driving diversity, equity and inclusion - Provide strategic direction to team, build expertise and a ‘can-do’ attitude within the CFM/A2R teams, empower and hold the team accountable to understand the financials and collaborate effectively with the business partners, driving continuous improvement in the processes - Play a leadership role in talent development, working with other process leads across A2R - Partnering with colleagues to continually improve service performance, driving efficient delivery of great results and metrics to ensure effective execution of delivery of the Financials - Ensure processes remain compliant, meeting all quality, statutory, regulatory and SOX 404 requirements. - Maintain and foster external relationships and benchmarking to ensure responsiveness to changing environment - Demonstrate regional cross cultural management competencies to ensure the right focus on talent and partners networking - Partner with Global Process Owner (GPO) & Global Process Lead (GPL) to identify and drive outstanding policy, process and technology/automation improvements - Collaborate with all other Global A2R process teams to ensure end to end workings of A2R are as streamlined and standardised as possible. Aligning the Brazilian A2R standard ways of working to the Global standards will be imperative, minimizing deviations - Mentor and reward team to drive the continuous improvement approach, looking for the big and small improvements that make a difference - Participate with the GS Leadership Team to provide overall leadership and direction to the future of GS Finance in support of the broader Global Services Vision and new ways of working. - Be open to integrate new scope opportunities, successfully completing as required - Provide leadership to acquisitions, divestures, reorganizations and other integrations as required - Participation in regional, global and cross functional initiatives and projects - Other duties as assigned - Specifically in Brazil: - Partner with Tax, BUF/SCF and Regional Corporate Controller to ensure proper signoff of tax fillings as well as local statutory financial statements, ensuring adherence to the local accounting/statutory requirements. - Interact with Regional Corporate Controller to align accounting treatment, discuss financial statements risks as well as unusual transactions. - Work with Legal Department to ensure proper governance and robust controls over legal reserves - Drive a robust governance over balance sheet review process, ensuring the review is performed on quarterly basis with participation of GSF, BUF/SCF, Tax, RTP, RTSC, Regional Corporate Controller. **Qualifications**: **Love this role?
