Role As a Carbon Capture Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in the development and optimization of our carbon capture systems. Your responsibilities will include: - Collaborating in the development of a comprehensive process flow diagram for the system and overseeing the sizing and sourcing of components through P&ID.; - Demonstrating versatility by quickly adapting to address unfamiliar problems and challenges within the system. - Employing creative problem-solving to devise unconventional solutions aimed at significantly reducing costs and exploring opportunities for in-house development. - Engaging with CAD design engineers to refine both macro and micro system arrangements. - Conducting thorough analysis of the entire system, including peripheral areas, to identify opportunities for enhancing carbon capture efficiency and reducing costs. - Identifying areas within the system that would benefit from research and development, establishing fundamental understandings and proposing innovative solutions for improvement.
