Role Responsibilities Own the execution, performance, and growth of enterprise-level paid search accounts, including daily optimizations and strategy development. Analyze campaign performance data from various sources, providing insights and action plans. Participate in departmental meetings and training to enhance channel knowledge. Continuously improve campaign performance to meet client goals. Maintain effective communication with internal teams and clients. Leverage AI tools and resources to optimize workflows. Contribute to training material development and employ AI technologies for process enhancement. Utilize Power Digital's Nova ecosystem relevant to your department. Role Requirements 3-4 years of digital marketing experience, including 2+ years in an agency setting. Hands-on experience with SEM campaign development and optimization on large accounts. Experience managing various campaign types such as Performance Max, Shopping, YouTube, Display, Local, Bing Ads. Proficiency in Google/Microsoft Office and Google Analytics. Strong understanding of funnel marketing and paid media strategies. Ability to derive meaningful insights from marketing data.
