Corporate IT Associate Systems Analyst This role supports day-to-day operations with timely security patch rollouts, ensuring 100% compliance. It involves driving and implementing automation efforts in the Windows/Mac environment to improve processes, find automation opportunities, and work on exceptions with cybersecurity. - Create software packages using Bigfix, JAMF, and SCCM. - Implement best practice methodologies for monthly OS patching and vulnerability remediations of third-party software in the environment. - Design and implement automated solutions leveraging technology advances to reduce costs, standardize processes, and commoditize services. - Drive innovation and collaboration with global partners to reduce redundant work and enhance efficiency. - Improve processes and support methodologies by assessing needs and requirements. - Manage, triage, and resolve operational escalations. - Act as the point person for exception management and requests.
