**Responsibilities**: - Lead Generation and Prospecting: Identifying and researching potential leads from various sources such as event attendance lists and brokerage websites - Qualifying Leads: Assessing the needs, use case, and budget of leads to determine their suitability as clients - Scheduling Meetings: Setting up meetings between prospective clients and the sales team - Collaborating with Sales and Marketing Teams: Working closely with sales and marketing to align strategies and initiatives for generating leads and increasing sales - Market Analysis: Keeping up to date with industry trends, market activities, and competitors to identify new business opportunities - CRM Management: Maintaining accurate records of all sales and prospecting activities including sales calls, presentations, closed sales, and follow-up activities using the CRM - Feedback and Reporting: Providing feedback from potential clients to enhance product/service performance and delivery - Achieving Targets: Meeting or exceeding monthly targets set by management - Other duties as assigned by management - Locate and generate lucrative sales leads for our company's salesforce to pursue and ultimately close - Maintain a close watch for what the competition is offering, and build a plan to sell to prospects - Work with sales management to reach goals and improve the sales process **Qualifications**: - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field - Professional Experience: 1 to 3 years or more in client services, account management, business development, or a related field - Proven experience in sales development or a related role - Familiarity with CRM tools and sales technologies - Goal-oriented with a track record of achieving targets - Internet Speed of 100Mbps or Higher Skills And Attributes - Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent ability to communicate, persuade, and influence both internally and externally - Strategic Thinking and Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze market trends, identify partnership opportunities, and develop strategic plans - Problem-Solving Abilities: Proficiency in addressing challenges and finding innovative solutions in partnership arrangements - Adaptability and Flexibility: Capacity to adapt to changing market conditions and adjust partnership strategies accordingly - Team-focused, organized, self-starter with an orientation towards service, detail, problem-solving, and meeting goals - Successful experience providing customer service preferred - Working knowledge of the sales process and CRM software is preferred - High school diploma or GED is required, bachelor’s degree preferred - Stellar communication, presentation, persuasion, interpersonal, and negotiating skills
