Position Summary We’re on the hunt for an experienced CMO/Growth Manager to take our brand to the next level—driving strategy, boosting awareness, and scaling our online and retail presence like never before! Key Responsibilities - Marketing Strategy – Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing plan across digital and traditional channels. - E-Commerce Growth – Scale Shopify and DTC sales through CRO, content strategy, SEO, email/SMS marketing, and paid media. - Amazon Growth – Manage and optimize Amazon sales, overseeing a $30K-$40K/month ad budget for maximum efficiency. - Traffic & Conversion – Drive high-quality web traffic while improving conversion rates, AOVs, and customer retention. - Brand & Content – Lead branding, storytelling, and content marketing across social media, influencers, and video platforms. - Paid Advertising – Oversee performance marketing across Google, Meta, Amazon Ads, TikTok, and other key platforms. - Retail & B2B Marketing – Support retailer partnerships (Walmart, Target, AutoZone, etc.), ensuring strong brand presence in stores and online (30% focus). - Team Leadership – Build and manage a high-performance marketing team, including designers, PPC managers, content creators, and growth strategists. - Data-Driven Optimization – Use analytics to track performance, identify trends, and refine campaigns for continuous growth. - Experience in Restricted Industries is a plus – Marketing background in regulated sectors (tobacco, alcohol, CBD, firearms, gambling, etc.), with expertise in navigating ad restrictions on Meta, Google, TikTok, and Amazon. Required qualifications - 5+ years in marketing leadership, preferably in consumer products. - Expertise in Shopify growth, including CRO, AOV optimization, and retention. - Strong understanding of Amazon marketing and sales growth. - Experience scaling paid ads across Google, Meta, and Amazon Ads. - Proficient in marketing automation, analytics, and CRM (Klaviyo preferred). - Proven track record of driving traffic, conversions, and revenue in e-commerce and retail. - Experience managing multi-channel budgets, including a $30K-$40K/month Amazon ad spend. - Strong leadership and team-building abilities. - Fluent in English (written and spoken).
