Integration Solutions Expert "> At Lean Tech, we are seeking an experienced Integration Solutions Expert to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our product team, you will work closely with various stakeholders to develop and implement seamless integrations between our shipping and logistics software and third-party applications. The ideal candidate possesses advanced technical skills, a strong understanding of shipping and logistics, and the ability to manage complex projects effectively. - Develop and perform technical integrations between logistic, ERPs, and third-party APIs platforms following established protocols. - Coordinate with the Product and Engineering teams to integrate third-party applications within our system, ensuring a seamless flow of data. - Translate third-party system mappings into our integration tools to support real-time data exchange. - Act as a liaison between internal teams (such as QA, developers, onboarding) and external partners, to guarantee functional delivery aligned with business goals. Key Responsibilities Include: - Administer integration tickets using Jira or other tools, to ensure technical clarity and SLA achievement. - Elaborate effort estimations and tasks prioritization in autonomous way. - Document processes, decisions, and technical configurations with clarity. - Work with Product Owners and Scrum teams to deliver high-quality products on time and successfully. Requirements & Qualifications: Advanced proficiency in reading and understanding API documentation is essential for this position. Other required skills include: - Advanced ability to translate API documentation into functional Postman Collections. - Advanced technical troubleshooting skills via email with external partners. - Advanced proficiency with SQL. - Experience with SaaS cloud-based solutions. - Basic proficiency with JavaScript. - Experience with cloud platforms such as Postman. - Knowledge of REST/SOAP APIs. Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in a related field is necessary, along with 2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst for API integrations. Secondary Skills: Additional skills that will help you succeed in this role include: - Proficiency in writing and maintaining custom scripts for data transformations using languages such as Python or JavaScript. - Familiarity with database management systems such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or NoSQL databases. - Knowledge of industry standards or protocols for data exchange, such as EDI.
